Swan Housing Association Ltd Exmouth Estate's stairwells are remain slippery and flooded even in dry weather  because of a primitive system of directing rainwater from the roof directly onto the stairwells. Swan Housing should be well aware of the Health and Safety risks involved and that old people especially are very vulnerable.
